@@OhausChannel They did respond me that there is no solution to connect with iOS device. It is a pity! We have web software and looking for a scale to would work with on a daily basis in ice cream industry but unfortunately Ohaus does not have them :( We have 3 scales VALOR 2000 but it seems there is not possible to connect it to iOS. Or maybe someone on the email does not know how to do it. It would extremely helpful if this specific model got an adapter for bluetooth that would work with iOS. We have many clients looking for automations but we can not provide them with one if we do not have the bluetooth connection with the scale. The possibility of doing that would be a game changer and we could automize so many production facilities.

For all those having the issue with holding Menu and it skipping to setup instead of “Cal” You have to make sure the little security switch underneath it ( a long rectangular red switch) is switched to UNLOCK so you can see the screw. Then the CAL will appear :) Had to find it in the manual since obviously these videos don’t understand manuals 😅. Dont call customer service. Just flip that switch ;)

Correct me please if I understood?: If I'm facing the front of the scale, in this video demonstration the LEFT side of the scale is HIGHER, which the balance bubble goes to the LEFT. In order to lower it down, I used ONLY THE LEFT FRONT LEG inward? So to me that's translates that whereever the balance bubble is, that is the side I need to adjust? Or is the opposite?

This is so frustrating. All these videos start with the unit already on and reading 0.000. When I first turn it on it says "HELLO" "OHAUS" and immediately goes to "ERR 8.1". I can't even get to step one! It won't even turn off...I have to unplug it! You should start your videos literally with the unit OFF and press ON to get going. I never even get to "0.000".
